Jonas Steinacker

Jonas Steinacker was born in 1998 in Bergisch-Gladbach. He completed training as a media designer for image and sound at Bavaria Film Studios in Munich, followed by a directing degree at the Film Academy Vienna under Michael Haneke. His short films have been screened and awarded at numerous national and international film festivals. His feature film project Save Our Souls is part of this year's Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, and its screenplay is currently in the running for the German Screenplay Award 2025.
